Andrew Brinkley is a Research Fellow in the Environment & Energy Unit at Policy Exchange. Prior to this, Andrew worked for Nigel Evans MP in Parliament. He has also lived and worked in Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia, for the FCO, the OSCE and in the private sector.
