Robert McIlveen joined Policy Exchange as a Research Fellow in the Environment and Energy Unit and now focuses on constitutional issues. He completed his PhD in Political Science at the University of Sheffield in 2008. This followed a MA in Research Methods at Sheffield and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Warwick. He has interests in game theory, statistics and rational choice.
