James Groves

Biography

James is now pursuing a career in law.

As Head of the Education Unit, James directed research on all aspects of education policy, ranging from childcare reform to tertiary level education. A commentator on education issues in the UK, James featured on national broadcast outlets as well as speaking at conference events. Prior to joining Policy Exchange in September 2009, he spent  three years in public sector consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

James grew up in Co. Down and read Modern History to Masters level at Magdalen College, Oxford. As well as acting as a voluntary consultant for those wishing to set up Free Schools, he is passionate about the countryside and rural affairs.
